Frank Sinatra Conducts Music from Pictures and Plays is a studio album of Frank Sinatra's in which he conducted a full orchestra for the performances in this album. The album is Sinatra's fifth album in conducting, and his first on his self-founded label, Reprise. Music from Pictures and Plays was released in 1962.

Including albums in which Sinatra served as the conductor, Frank Sinatra Conducts Music from Pictures and Plays is Sinatra's thirty-sixth studio album.

This album is also notable in that it is Sinatra's only collaboration with arranger Harry Sukman for a studio album of Sinatra's.
